Venereal disease - National Council for combating venereal diseases (London) - Calls attention to the urgent necessity for free treatment at seaports, available for sea-farers of all Nations. Request that the Health Section of the League should appoint a small Commission to consult the representatives of various countries, with a view to formulating a standard scheme for port administration.
