The correspondence is exchanged between the Geneva Office (Mr. Johnson, Mr. de Watteville) and the delegate in Belgrade, Mr. G. Zwerner, as well as with the national authorities, Foreign Minister Mr. N. Nintchitch [Yintcitch], regarding adhesion of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes to the identity certificates system, officially notified 18 Dec. 1922.
