Item consists of the minutes of the Fine Arts and Library Committee, made up of Edmonton Public Schools Trustees and School Board Officials. The Chairman was Trustee H. Sinclair and the secretary was T.W. Meen. Enrolment in Fine Arts courses, University recognition of Fine Arts courses, Edmonton Public Library Bookmobile Service, and a request by the Edmonton Art Gallery for assistance were discussed.

Series consists of reports produced by teams of school inspectors visiting Edmonton Public High Schools. Inspectors comment on and critique the school’s philosophies, administration, programs, counseling services, library services, subject areas, and the physical plant.
