Item has each teacher from each Edmonton Public and High school rated on a chart. Teachers rated as F., F.G., G., V.G. and E. Associated Edmonton School District No. 7 Board Minutes describe item as the Report of the Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendent on the Grading of Public School Teachers. Item is a report detailing the results of a district wide school staff opinions survey conducted in June 1979. The survey was initiated in 1979 by Superintendent Strembitsky as a tool to monitor principals in the newly implemented district wide School Based Budgeting. The survey director was Dr. Mosychuk, Monitoring and Assessment Services.
