    Series includes meeting minutes of the Interbrew Compensation Committee. This consists of notices, agendas, minutes, presentations to the committee, progress reports, bonus portfolios, correspondence, and memos. The Board of Directors appoints the Compensation Committee from among its members. The Chairman of the Board and the two COOs are ex officio members. The Chairman of the Board serves as Chairman of this committee. The Compensation Committee sets the compensation of the members of the Management Committee and the positions of the Senior Management Group.
