Tower (Report No. 70) - Transmits copy of despatch No.77 to the President of the Council of Ambassadors, reporting application by the manager for assistance towards the upkeep of these works. Sir R. Tower advised that certain vessels, coming under Art.107 of the Peace Treaty, be put up for sale in the open market and the proceeds used for purchase of raw material and upkeep of the dockyard. R133/4/4068/4068 Position at Danzig - Secretary General - Minutes on conversation with Mr. Gregory of the British Foreign Office, who stated that the Allies have hitherto taken no action with regard to Arts.104 and 107 of the Peace Treaty. The Secretary-General suggested that the Allies should send a small Special Commission to Danzig to meet the Polish representatives and endeavour to draw up a draft Treaty. File 1920.04.28
