Ill- feeling between Danzigers and Poles - Sir Reginald Tower - Transmits a copy of dispatch ( No 30 ) to the President of the Council of ambassadors referring to the case previously reported of Danzig fisherman being shot by polish soldiers. Although the soldiers have been punished by polish authorities a similar case of assault has been reported by the Magistrate at Zoppot.

Danzig Polish relations - Sir Reginald Tower - Transmits a copy of dispatch (No130) to a conference of ambassadors reporting conversations with Mr. Dombrowski, Polish Vice-Minister for Foreign affairs, relating to the question of polish immigrants from the USA who were prevented from returning to Poland and also to the general unsatisfactory relations between Danzig and Poland. Mr. Dombrowski expressed his intention of doing his best to bring about a better relationship.
