Transfer of buildings and other property in Danzig - Sir Reginald Tower - Transmits copy of dispatch (No50) to the President of Council of ambassadors quoting note from the Polish Commissioner general in Danzig requesting Sir Reginald Tower to inform the Rector of the Technical High School that one-third of the school accommodation must be reserved for Poles. Sir Reginald Tower replied that as the Technical High School is one of the buildings coming under Art 107 of the Peace Treaty, he could give no such instructions until informed of the decision of the council of ambassadors.

Transfer of buildings and other former German property in Danzig - Mr. Cambon President of the Council of ambassadors - Encloses letter for transmission to General Haking. Danzig High Commissioner informing him of the decision of Council of ambassadors to appoint a commission to arrange this matter. The commission will consist of three members: French, British and Italian. The expenses thereof are to be borne in equal shares by Poland and Danzig free city.
