R131/4/3767/3368 Transfer of buildings and other property in Danzig - Sir Reginald Tower - Transmits copy of dispatch from Horace Rumbold, stating that unfortunate impression would be produced should polish authorities be prevented from taking delivery at Danzig of the German torpedo boats owing to inability of allied administration to make arrangements for their reception, and asking that island of Holm may be used in this connection. Sir Reginald reply attached stating that ten vessels in question will be temporarily berthed in the worth Holm basin but expressing hope that their arrival may be postponed until final settlement of article 107 of the Treaty. R131/4/5615/3368 Disposal of former German property in Danzig - Sir Reginald Tower - Encloses a copy of Resolution passed by the supreme council on July 11th, establishing a harbor and communications Board which will represent equally Danzig and Poland and over which a representative of the League will preside. This board will become the owner of all property affecting services mentioned in art. 104 of the Treaty. States that he hopes to submit the draft constitution personally about August 20th.
