Conversion of three old German men-of-war into merchant vessels at Danzig - Sir. reginald Towers - Transmits a copy of dispatch ( No 27) to the President of Council of Ambassadors on above, which has been undertaken in order to provide work for the dockyard hands. Attaches a copy of agreement protecting the ships from requisition signed by Sir Reginald and the Danziger Hochu Tiefbau. Customs regulations in Danzig - Sir Reginald Towers - Transmits a copy of dispatch (No 21) to the President of the council of ambassadors, giving the text of a customs regulations issued by Sir Reginald Towers on March 5 and his reasons for issuing it.

The acute economic situation in Danzig - Sir Reginald Tower - Transmits a copy of dispatch (No 34) to the president of the council of ambassadors dealing with this subject owing to the inability of the poles to carry out an agreement to send supplies to Danzig. Sir R. Towers has felt compelled to enter into a temporary agreement with Germany, an outline of which is attached.

The economic situation in Danzig: Scarcity and high price of food - General Haking - Transmits accounts of his interview on feb. 6 with the committee of Americans who represented Mr. Hoover in the matter of providing food for badly nourished children in Danzig. The committee undertook to feed 10 000 Danzig children up to August 1921, instead of as at present 6,500.

The statement consists of a strong protest against the action of a member of a polish party in communicating confidential information respecting the economic negotiations between Danzig and Poland to Communist Danzig party.
