Manufacture of munitions of war at Danzig - Mr. Askenazy - Letter to M. Da Cunha requesting the council to refuse permission to Danzig to manufacture rifles for the Peruvian government and to issue a general prohibition against the manufacture of arms by the free city. Suggests that the Danzig Rifle factory be made over to Poland in order that work may be continued under Polish supervision and thus avoid depriving men of their employment.

Manufacture of arms in Danzig and disposal of the Rifle Factory - General Haking - Forwards copies of letters respecting the allocation of the Rifle Factory and its contents to Danzig and Poland. These letters were addressed to the Danzig and Polish Authorities by the Commission appointed to transfer former German property in Danzig, who sent copies to the High Commissioner.

"Die Brücke" - a Danzig Newspaper - Sir Reginald Towers - Transmits a copy of dispatch No.48 to the President of the Council of Ambassadors reporting the appearance of this newspaper, whose avowed object it is to further the spirit of Germanism in Eastern Europe. It has published a pamphlet entitled "opinions of leading men and women in the German East. The Impossible Peace, Danzig 1920" from which several "opinions" are quoted.
