Item transferred to Archives and Museum from Board Secretary in July 1985. These documents have been relocated to the fire-rated vault at the Central Records facility to ensure long-term preservation. The permanent transfer was finalized on July 10, 2023.
Scope and content
Item is the book used to record the minutes of the Edmonton Public School Board meetings. The minutes were signed by the Secretary and the Chairman. The minutes from 06 Jan 1909 to 23 Mar 1909 were copied by hand by the creator from 85.129.5.

Preservation masters were made in 2005 on 16 mm silver halide microfilm and are stored off-site at the EPS Central Records Facility. Microfilm working copies were made at the same time and are stored at Archives and Museum.
