File was in the custody of Personnel Support Services for a minimum period of seven years following the employee’s resignation or retirement date. The file was then transferred to Archives and Museum and remained in its custody until 2008 when all the personnel files were relocated under the control of District Records and FOIP Management to be appropriately destroyed. During this transfer, Archives and Museum selectively retained this personnel file for its inherent information.

Item is the personnel file of Murray W. MacDonald. He was employed by Edmonton Public Schools from 1927 to 1963. File selectively retained because of Mr. MacDonald illustrious career as a watercolour artist.
