Fonds consists of architectural drawings created by John M. Watt, Architect during the tenure of the firm. The architectural drawings are primarily of additions or alterations to commercial projects, in addition to private residences, churches, and apartment buildings. The majority of the plans are for buildings in Windsor or London, though the firm had clients throughout Southwestern Ontario. Architectural drawings include floor plans, architectural elevations, presentation drawings, section details, and heating and electrical layouts, among others. In addition, some series also include specification files, which detail the construction materials and requirements for the building designs.
