Minutes address staffing and building issues and include complaints about Superintendent McCaig. Both Superintendents McCaig and McKee were on the Committee. Most minutes are signed by both the Secretary, W. D. Bradley, and the Chairman, S. A. G. Barnes.

These reports present information, enquiries and recommendations. This series also contains reports and information presented to the Superintendent by committees, school officials and outside agencies. The subject matter in the reports varies, but most information relates to expenditures and budget. The Superintendents responsible for the reports are James McCaig (1906-1913), W.L. Richardson (Acting Nov-Dec 1913), W.G. Carpenter (1914-1923), George A. McKee (1924-1940) and Ross S. Sheppard (1940-1955).
