Kotelnikov as Representative of the Office in Greece, a LON document (A.21.1938.XII) on "les problèmes concernant les réfugiés russes, arméniens, assyriens, assyro-chaldéens, de la Sarre et turcs" and the report (C.A.156 1938) from the "Comité de direction & Commission des finances".

File contains correspondence on refugee requests for financial assistance, letter nominating A. A. Kotelnikov, Representative in Greece about placing under his authority the "Office des réfugiés turcs en Grèce", copy of "La république enchainée" dated 20 February 1933 section "Press étrangère et faits divers" which had a few articles from the" Ligue des réfugiés turcs" "Un office des réfugiés turcs en Roumanie" and a communiqué about the the drafting of a refugee Convention by the International Office of Nansen.

This file contains correspondence concerned Russian and Armenian refugees, including requests for advances and guarantee letters of repayment, group and individual cases. An appeal for the creation of a "Nansen Commenorative Fund" was found in the file. A newspaper in Armenian was also in the file.
