The sub-sub-series consists of documents concerning company governance. A. Keith and Son Brewery was a subsidiary of Oland’s Brewery before John Labatt Limited bought them in 1971. Labatt incorporated Keiths Brewery Limited by federal letters patent on May 28, 1971. The company held annual meetings of its shareholders and board of directors, but substantive operations were overseen from elsewhere. Labatt officially dissolved the company on January 16, 1984.
