27 June 1930: Member of Section, Legal Section; seemingly he worked at the same period like previous years but no correspondence concerning his nomination for the years 1931 to 1932 (ch. letter dated 15 May 193 in his file). He has been asked to join the Secretariat for 1933 but no letter of acceptance exists or even the dates of service and same for 1934.
