Bolin" Court Jewellers, St. Petersburg; February 1920: International Red Cross, Geneva, mission to Germany to inspect the camp of Russian prisoners of war; April 1921: Sub-delegate to Novorossisk to arrange the repatriation of prisoners of war and then in charge of the ICRC delegation in Trieste; February 1922: Delegate of the ICRC in Belgrade and of the Union internationale de secours aux enfants and in the same year delegate of the High Commission for Refugees of the LON for Russian Refugees till 1923; August 1924 to Greece for Armenian and Russian Refugees; January 1925: Refugee Service of the ILO in Greece till the end of 1925 and afterwards transferred to Geneva as from January 1926 acting in charge in the absence of the chief, Russia Refugees Service; 1 Jan.1927: Editor, ILO, Geneva; 20 Jan.1928: Delegate of the ILO in the Proche-Orient for the Refugee Service.
