Nicolson (Report No. 79) - Reports discussion by Supreme Council of General Le Rond's account of meetings on 31 December and 1 January between the Allied Commissioners and the German Experts - The latter being without full powers had to refer every question to their government - The administration of Danzig, Memel and the Saar district had been discussed.

Increase in Salaries and Allowances of the Allied Military Mission of Control in Germany - Mr.H. Nicolson (Report No. 96) - Reports consideration by Council of Ambassadors on 21 February of a note from the President of the Commission of control in Berlin, asking for an increase owing to depreciation in the purchasing power of the mark, matter to be considered by Governments concerned so that increase may take effect at the end of three months i.e. on 10 April.
