Occupied Areas in Germany - Mr H. Nicolson (Report No. 76) - Reports discussion by Supreme Council of the inadmissible claims put forward by the Commission of German Experts at their meeting with the Allied Commissioners - In view of the German attitude the Supreme Council decided that a definite settlement on all points connected with the occupation of ceded and plebiscite areas must be obtained before the deposit of ratifications.

Nicolson (Report No. 91A) - Reports statement by United States' Ambassador at Council of Ambassadors, that his Government adheres to previous decision of Supreme Council to the effect that each State having troops in a plebiscite area, should advance funds for their maintenance, and eventually be repaid by the State benefiting under the plebiscite.
