University Student Council secretary Betty Lewis wheels one of the last editions of the student yearbook "Occidentalia" out. Over 1500 copies had to be replaced because a thumbprint appeared over the portrait of President D. C. Williams. The "Oxy" yearbook was eventually discontinued because of sustained financial losses and general student apathy.
