Series consists of administrative records from Student Information and Assessment. Records are divided by category and include: Monitoring Reports; Administrative Reports; Educational Opportunity Fund Evaluation Reports; Miscellaneous Manuals, Procedures, Design, etc.; Program Reviews; Questionnaires; Second Languages; External Research Projects, Literature Reviews.

Series contains reports given by the Edmonton Public Schools Superintendent to the Board of Trustees pertaining to the administration of Edmonton Public Schools. These reports present information, enquiries and recommendations. This series also contains reports and information presented to the Superintendent by committees, school officials and outside agencies. The subject matter in the reports varies, but most information relates to expenditures and budget. The Superintendents responsible for the reports are James McCaig (1906-1913), W.L. Richardson (Acting Nov-Dec 1913), W.G. Carpenter (1914-1923), George A. McKee (1924-1940) and Ross S. Sheppard (1940-1955).
