Item is a memorandum from Alma Webster, Library Supervisor, to T. D. Thorson, Supervisor Administrative Staffing. It includes a chart which shows the number of school libraries, the number of school librarians, the central support staff, the central instructional staff, and the number of in-service sessions in Edmonton Public Schools for the years 1962-63 to 1971-72.

(b) memorandum that explains the list does not include music equipment, one unassigned vocational area and teaching aids such as maps and globes. It also recommends that the list of equipment be put out to tender. (c) site plan, main floor plan, and second floor plan. (d) Equipment Budget Breakdown by room. It includes the total equipment for vocational and academic budgets, and the total installation cost broken down into academic, vocational and labor budgets.
