Series includes meeting minutes of the Interbrew Strategic Committee. This consists of agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations to the committee and to the board, among others. The role of the Strategic Committee is to work with the Chief Operating Officers to analyze the strategic recommendations presented to the Board of Directors in the following areas: group strategy, partnerships, major acquisitions, and disinvestments. The Board of Directors appoints the Strategic Committee from among its members. The Chairman of the Board and the two Chief Operating Officers are ex officio members. The Chairman of the Board of Directors serves as Chairman of this committee.
