Item is a booklet produced by Edmonton Public Schools which explains the features in the newly revised report cards and explains how to use the personality rating scales which are a feature of the report cards.

Item consists of one blank report card. Report cards appeared in this format from 1957-58 to the mid 1970s. The report card includes an address from R. W. Jones, Superintendent of Schools which indiates the outside dates of use for this item would be 1968-1972.
