Aaland Islands - Mr. Mantoux informs that Mr. Léon Bourgeois approves the Secretary General's reply to the letter from Mr. Enckell transmitting the declaration of the Government of Finland - It is appropriate to disclose these documents urgently to the Commission. The latter will have to seek to obtain a favorable attitude from the Finnish Government to its mission.
