Postage Stamps for the Free City of Danzig - Sir R. Tower (No. 141) - Transmits copy of despatch No.135 to the President of the Council of Ambassadors reporting authorization of issue of set of postage stamps by surcharging the word Danzig on the old German stamps. The sale of these stamps chiefly for collectors, is satisfactorily increasing the revenue of the Danzig Post Office.
