Polish Emigration Camp in Danzig - General Haking (to Mr. Colban) - Transmits observations on the proposal to establish this camp at the Neufahrwasser Barracks. States that both the Polish and Danzig Governments agree as to the location of the camp, but that the ownership and administration of the buildings are disputed questions.
