The Polish Delegation rejected the proposal of the Council of Ambassadors that a Harbour Board should be established. File 1920.05.27

As no basis of agreement could be found, it was decided to adjourn the negotiations until the draft Treaty were submitted by the Committee appointed by the Constituent Assembly. File 1920.05.29
