Series consists of minutes from committees whose function was to negotiate contracts, agreements and procedures with employee unions. The committees were made up of Edmonton Public Schools Trustees, School Board officials and representatives. From 11 Feb 1961 to 12 Sep 1968 the committee was called the Sub-Conference Negotiating Committee. From 20 Nov 1968 to 13 Nov 1972 a number of different committees with different members were involved.

Item consists of two agreements, one for 1976-77 and one for 1978-79. The agreements were made between the Board of Trustees of Edmonton Public Schools and the Edmonton Public School Support Staff Association.
